Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
After 12 hours, cancellations may not be possible as the order may have already been processed or shipped.
To request cancellation, customers must contact us at contact@madonabags.com.
If the cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
